Rhapsody in Red, White and Blue – Presented by The Tennessee Philharmonic

The Tennessee Philharmonic Orchestra presents Rhapsody in Red, White and Blue, a vibrant program in celebration of the 250th birthday of the United States under the direction of conductor and pianist Matthew Phelps. Featuring music written by celebrated American composers, the concert includes Rhapsody in Blue by George Gershwin, Variations on a Shaker Melody by Aaron Copland, and works by John Williams. After intermission, audiences will enjoy the spirited march The Liberty Bell by John Philip Sousa, highlights from Wicked by Stephen Schwartz, and a thrilling suite from Star Wars.
