Flag-Raising Ceremony and Liberty Lap Color Walk – The ceremony will begin at 9:00 a.m., with the Liberty Lap Color Walk to begin immediately after.  Participants will walk the greenway for 1.776 miles and return to the Public Works & Community Development Services Facility, where they will be given a commemorative La Vergne America 250 challenge coin for their participation. Wear white to pass through the color station and get sprayed with red and blue powder. Participation is FREE.
